I make a simple homemade healthy face cream that really rejuvenates, nourishes and feeds my skin. It is quick and easy to make… simple yet so magical. The ingredients are organic, clean & Zen. Play around with it until you get the consistency you like.

In a small glass covered pot or jar add:

2 or 3 Tablespoons of Organic Coconut Oil
Squeeze in 2 Full spectrum Vitamin E caps
Add 3/4 Teaspoon Rosehip Seed Carrier Oil.
Just mix and it’s done.

Optional: Essential Oils. I love essentials and occasionally add a drop or two of essential oils such as Lavender, Frankincense, Geranium or Rose.

Rose essential oil assists with reducing aging mature skin, broken capillaries and is balancing and rejuvenating to the skin.

Lavender has been associated with purity and cleanliness and stress reduction. It reduces scarring from burns or acne.

Frankincense essential oil is renown for its ability to decrease visible signs of aging by acting as an astringent (tightening the skin and promoting a supple youthful appearance) and promoting cellular regeneration.

Geranium essential oil is famous for its reputation as a skin tonic. It acts as an astringent, tightening and toning loose skin to create a more vivacious appearance. The anti-inflammatory qualities of geranium essential oil assist in recovery from wounds and damaged skin and decreases the visibility of scars.

Homemade face cream is a wonderful way to nurture yourself. Enjoy!

I get my organic/therapeutic quality essential oils from JadeBloom.com. Their oils are pure, organic and quite reasonably priced. I would love to know how you like the face cream.

Love & Blessings, Diana
